Prior to promoting Meganth Meera lead operations and accounting of many family owned businesses. As President of Meganth Group of companies. she manages and drives the annual business performance. She is primary decision and policy maker of Meganth Group of companies. She sets the tone for Company's value, ethics and culture.

Mr.S.Ganapathy

Mr. S.Ganapathy is Managing Director of Meganth Asia Pacific Region. Mr.Ganapathy joined Meganth in 2006. In this role he oversees Meganth's sales and delivery in Asia Pasific Region. He leads a team of professionals charged with developing, selling and delivering various custom software applications and projects in Asia Pacific region. Mr.Ganapathy comes with over 50 years of experience in various fields. During his 50 years of experience, he was head of Operations, Sales and Delivery on various industries. He was a very active social worker, held many leadership positions in various public organizations.

Mr.Karunakaran Jayaraman
VP Global Sales

Mr. Karunakaran Jayaraman serves as Vice President Sales of Americas and Asia region for Meganth inc, a Texas-based software consulting and implementation company. He joined Meganth in 2002 and he is responsible for formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees. He comes with 27 years of IT experience serving in many organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Insyst, 3i Infortech. During his long career, he has managed and lead multiple Oracle E-business projects that include onsite, offsite and offshore teams.
